Toni M. Pirkle
Responsible for operations at Practice Partners, Toni will review and analyze the needs of your practice and determine how Practice Partners can provide the solutions you seek.  She focuses on management of billing services, physician practice start-ups and day-to-day operations of Practice Partners' billing and client services.   With over 20 years in the healthcare and insurance industries, Toni has the expertise to provide excellent, cost-effective service to the clients of Practice Partners.

Toni’s experience includes quality resource management with Medicare and the commercial insurance field, and she has served as Director of Business Development/Marketing for a mid-size hospital.  She understands the importance of providing value-added service for our clients.

J. Wade Shields, MBA, MHA, CMPE
Wade specializes in medical practice management and consulting.  He has held Manager, Director and Administrative positions for corporations such as HCA, Healthtrust and Columbia.  He also has physician practice management experience in MSO operations; was an Administrator of a Multi-Specialty Physician Group; a Director of Network Development for a Multi-Specialty IPA.

Wade earned the professional designation of Certified Medical Practice Executive as awarded by the American College of Medical Practice Executives.  He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in business operation and masters degrees in business and healthcare administration from Georgia State University.
